Concord New Energy Group (SEG) announced that its wholly owned U.S. subsidiaries have signed three long-term power purchase agreements with Tesla covering solar projects totaling about 469 MW (AC).

Upon full operation, the projects are expected to deliver roughly 1,200 GWh of electricity to Tesla each year, with the first project scheduled to begin supplying power in the first half of 2027.

The company said the deals align with its strategy to meet rising U.S. demand for renewable power driven by electrification, industrial growth, data centers and artificial-intelligence infrastructure. Concord New Energy Group also holds more than 4 GW of additional generation resources under development in the United States.

Headquartered in Singapore, the group invests in and operates wind, solar and energy-storage projects, and provides AI-enabled electricity infrastructure solutions.
