The contracted sales floor area was approximately 117,600 square meters, with an average selling price of approximately RMB 14,500 per square meter.

For the period from January 1 to August 31, 2025, the cumulative contracted sales amounted to approximately RMB 16.44 billion, down 25.88% year-on-year. The cumulative contracted sales floor area reached approximately 1.074 million square meters, with a cumulative average selling price of approximately RMB 15,300 per square meter.
