Prudential plc (PRU) announced the admission of 3,112 new ordinary shares of five pence each to trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market, effective May, 20 2026.

The shares were issued following the exercise of options under the Prudential Sharesave Plan 2023.

Following the admission, Prudential’s total issued share capital eligible for trading will rise to 2,507,424,714 ordinary shares, and the new shares are fungible with the existing class already in circulation.

The company provides life and health insurance and asset-management services across Greater China, ASEAN, India and Africa, and maintains primary listings in London and Hong Kong alongside secondary listings in Singapore and New York.
