Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings) Ltd (BS6) announced the appointment of Ms Heng Su-Ling Mae as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective Aug, 13 2026.

Following her appointment, the company updated its governance structure. The board will comprise Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr Ren Letian; Lead Independent Non-Executive Director Mr Yee Kee Shian, Leon; Non-Independent Non-Executive Director Ms Liu Hua; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr Yee Chia Hsing and Ms Heng.

Reconstituted board committees are as follows: • Audit and Risk Committee – chaired by Mr Yee Chia Hsing, with Mr Yee Kee Shian, Leon, Ms Liu Hua and Ms Heng as members. • Nominating Committee – chaired by Mr Yee Kee Shian, Leon, with Ms Liu Hua, Mr Yee Chia Hsing and Ms Heng as members. • Remuneration Committee – chaired by Ms Heng, with Mr Yee Kee Shian, Leon, Ms Liu Hua and Mr Yee Chia Hsing as members.

The changes take effect on Aug, 13 2026.
