On January 28, 2026, AINNOVATION (02121) announced that the company has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Hainan Institute (Shanghai Jiao Tong University Sanya Yazhou Bay Deep-Sea Science and Technology Institute).

Pursuant to the strategic cooperation agreement, AINNOVATION and the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Hainan Institute will jointly advance collaboration in technology and projects, including the research and development of marine technology equipment.

This collaboration will leverage the Institute's core scientific research capabilities in deep-sea technology, marine equipment, and offshore testing technologies, combined with AINNOVATION's industrial experience in AI-powered robotics and its advanced industrial large model technology.

The partnership will focus on in-depth cooperation in areas such as underwater intelligent operation equipment, underwater multi-axis robotic arms, underwater target recognition and tracking, integrated air-sea-submersible unmanned equipment, marine environment perception, and the design optimization of marine equipment structures, with future plans to jointly establish a university-enterprise joint laboratory in the field of intelligent marine technology equipment.
