JLL Supports Gaming Companies in Workplace Construction Through Two Implemented Initiatives

Jones Lang LaSalle has detailed two project implementations where it assisted gaming enterprises in developing their office environments. In the first case, a major gaming company was planning a new office space, though certain areas had not yet been assigned to their final occupant teams. JLL aided the client by leveraging existing workplace standards and information confirmable during the planning phase, helping to identify common requirements across various teams. This approach enabled the construction of foundational office areas to proceed, with provisions reserved for subsequent adjustments. As the final occupancy arrangements became more defined, targeted modifications were made to relevant zones, thereby avoiding large-scale rework.

In the second initiative, JLL supported a gaming company's campus by conducting a small-scale trial run prior to delivery. This involved measuring the time needed for processes such as restaurant meal pickup and elevator transit. By combining these metrics with the planned number of occupants, the team simulated peak capacity scenarios to identify potential issues in advance.
