According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a significant share transfer was recorded for PW MEDTECH (01358) on July 2.

The total value of the transferred shares amounted to HK$196 million, which represents approximately 12.45% of the company's issued share capital.

Shareholders of the company transferred 178 million shares to Morgan Stanley Hong Kong Securities, while an equivalent 178 million shares were transferred out from Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC).

In a separate announcement, PW MEDTECH disclosed that it had repurchased 258,000 of its own shares for HK$283,000 on June 30, 2026.
