The regulatory authority has officially ratified the appointment of Mr. Zhu Guilong as an independent director of the bank. His term will commence on February 14, 2026, and will continue until the conclusion of the current fourth board of directors' tenure. Upon completion of his term, Mr. Zhu will be eligible for re-election.
