PATEO CONNECT Technology (Shanghai) Corporation completed a subscription of 895,980 new H-shares on 06 May 2026, pursuant to a Subscription Agreement signed on 27 April 2026.

The new shares were priced at HK$127.35 apiece, lifting the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) from 75.30 million to 76.20 million shares—an increase of 1.19%. Based on the disclosed issue price, the transaction represents gross proceeds of approximately HK$114.10 million.

The company reported no treasury shares either before or after the transaction. Management confirmed that the issuance was duly authorised by the board and complied with all applicable Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and regulatory requirements.
