Sunac Services reports HK$0.97 million share buyback; 1.80 million shares repurchased within new mandate

Sunac Services Holdings Limited filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 29 May 2026, detailing the on-market repurchase of 1.00 million ordinary shares on the same day at prices ranging from HK$0.95 to HK$0.98, for a total consideration of HK$0.97 million.

Including 0.80 million shares bought back on 28 May 2026 at HK$0.9273 each, the company has repurchased an aggregate 1.80 million shares under the mandate granted on 22 May 2026. These shares, earmarked for cancellation, represent 0.06 % of the 3.03 billion issued shares outstanding at the time the mandate was approved.

Following the transactions, the issued share capital remains unchanged at 3.03 billion shares as of 29 May 2026 because the repurchased shares had not yet been cancelled. The mandate permits Sunac Services to buy back up to 304.90 million shares, leaving 303.10 million shares still available for repurchase.

Under Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 28 June 2026.
