Government Service AI Assistant "Dian Xiaoer" Launched in Haidian

Haidian District's Government Service Administration has officially deployed its new AI assistant "Dian Xiaoer," providing comprehensive smart services covering all regions and sectors with integrated query, search, and processing capabilities.

Accessible via the "Bianli Dian" mini-program on WeChat, "Dian Xiaoer—Haidian's Government Service AI Assistant" is prominently featured. The platform offers three main functions: "Answer While Chatting," "Search While Chatting," and "Process While Chatting."

The "Answer While Chatting" section covers over 1,700 government service items in Haidian, providing precise responses on policy applicability, application requirements, procedures, and documentation. The "Search While Chatting" feature leverages Beijing's unified identity authentication system, enabling queries for nine high-frequency electronic certificates (including ID cards and driver's licenses) and real-time tracking of application progress via the "One-Network Service" platform, eliminating the need for in-person verification.

The "Process While Chatting" function further enhances efficiency—users can simply express their intent via voice or text, and the AI will automatically generate the optimal processing path, redirecting them to the submission page with one click, bypassing manual form-filling.

To accommodate elderly users and those unfamiliar with smart devices, "Dian Xiaoer" includes a voice call option. By clicking the "Phone" icon, users can access one-on-one AI-guided assistance.

Moving forward, Haidian's Government Service Administration plans to expand the AI assistant's applications, integrating "Dian Xiaoer" with online service portals and self-service terminals across the district.
