KIMOU ENVIRON (06805) has announced an agreement involving its subsidiary Taizhou Jincheng and Guangdong Jinjunda. The announcement pertains to the group's four industrial parks and the provision of general contracting construction and related services under a prior construction contract. On February 6, 2026, Taizhou Jincheng, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into an agreement with Guangdong Jinjunda to undertake further construction work. Guangdong Jinjunda had previously entered into contracts with other subsidiaries of the company, under which it committed to providing sub-contracted general construction services for the development of the company's four industrial parks.

The total disclosed contract value for all industrial parks, including the Qingshen Park, East China Park, Central China Park, and Huizhou Park, amounts to approximately RMB 377 million for contracts disclosed on the date of this announcement and within the preceding twelve months.

Driven by the company's strategic focus on expanding its surface treatment circular economy industrial park business, particularly in the Jiangsu region, and in line with the requirements for new facility construction and operational readiness, the board of directors considers the agreement between Taizhou Jincheng and Guangdong Jinjunda a necessary step to facilitate the development of a newly acquired land plot in the East China Park and the installation of equipment. This expansion aligns with the group's strategy to increase leasable floor area and enhance wastewater treatment capacity, thereby capitalizing on demand from electroplating enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region. The services and supplies under the agreement will support the timely completion of plants and supporting facilities, which is crucial for attracting and retaining tenants, improving occupancy rates, and generating stable rental and utility service revenue.
