CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (A17U) said it will list 129,134,664 new units arising from its recent preferential offering on the main board of the Singapore Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on Apr, 23 2026.

The new units were issued at 2.35 Singapore dollars each and lift the trust’s total outstanding units to about 4.99 billion.

According to the manager, the units will rank pari passu with existing units for distributions accruing from the date on which the private-placement units were issued, but they will not be entitled to the previously declared advanced distribution.
