LUYE PHARMA (ASX: 02186) has announced the completion of the early redemption of all its outstanding convertible bonds.

The company had received redemption notices, requiring it to redeem the full outstanding principal amount of US$90.26 million, plus any accrued but unpaid interest up to the selective put date of July 6, 2026, as per the bond terms.

As of the announcement date, the early redemption process has been finalized, with all outstanding bonds redeemed and cancelled, leaving no bonds outstanding.

Consequently, the company has applied to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the withdrawal of the listing of these bonds.

The delisting is expected to take effect after business hours on July 15, 2026.
