Minsheng Education Group Company Limited (MINSHENG EDU) has scheduled an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 10:00 a.m. on 7 July 2026 at 40/F, Dah Sing Financial Centre, 248 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

The sole agenda item is an ordinary resolution to appoint Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the Company’s external auditor with immediate effect, to serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting. The board of directors will be authorised to determine the auditor’s remuneration.

Shareholders recorded on the register by 4:30 p.m. on 30 June 2026 will be eligible to attend and vote. The register of members will be closed from 2 July 2026 to 7 July 2026 (both days inclusive), during which share transfers will not be registered.

Proxy forms, together with any relevant authority documents, must be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 10:00 a.m. on 5 July 2026. Shareholders who appoint proxies may still attend and vote in person if they choose.

The notice, dated 15 June 2026, is issued by Chairman Li Xuechun on behalf of the board, which currently comprises four executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
