RUNHUA SERVICE (02455) announced that the "Smart Parking Management Specification" (T/CPMI 030–2025), a group standard approved by the China Property Management Association, has been officially released. Shandong Kaidi Network Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Shandong Kaidi"), a subsidiary of the group, served as one of the primary drafting units, deeply involved in the entire process of research, framework development, content drafting, and revisions for the standard.

The compilation was organized and reviewed by the Standardization Construction Professional Committee of the China Property Management Association, bringing together expertise from property management, smart technology, research institutions, and other sectors. Leveraging its technical expertise and practical experience in property management informatization, Shandong Kaidi provided critical technical support to ensure the standard's scientific rigor, practicality, and industry applicability.
