Taimei Tech Buys Back 40,000 H-Shares, Issued Share Capital Reduced to 200.13 Million

Zhejiang Taimei Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (“Taimei Tech”) disclosed that it repurchased 40,000 H-shares on 23 June 2026 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 5.91 to HKD 5.97 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.24 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) dropped by 0.02 % to 200.13 million shares. Treasury shares increased to 461,000, while total shares in issue (including treasury stock) remained unchanged at 200.59 million.

The repurchase was executed under a shareholder mandate granted on 23 June 2026, which authorises Taimei Tech to buy back up to 20.02 million shares. To date, 40,000 shares—or 0.02 % of the authorised limit—have been utilised. Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 23 July 2026.

Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary Ni Xiaomei confirmed that the buyback complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and that no material changes have occurred in the related explanatory statement filed on 1 June 2026.
