Fullerton Fund Management has bolstered its position in SATS Ltd, acquiring 330,300 shares through a market transaction on January 12.

The purchase, amounting to $1,261,911.15, elevated Fullerton's deemed interest in the company from 39.99% to 40.01%.

Fullerton operates as an independently managed portfolio company under Temasek Holdings.

On January 16, SATS shares concluded trading at $3.85, marking a decline of 5 cents or 1.282%.
