EVERGREEN PG (SEHK: 01962) has announced the completion of a share repurchase transaction.

The company disclosed that on June 26, 2026, it allocated approximately HK$2.37 million to repurchase 5.154 million of its own shares from the market.

The shares were acquired at prices ranging between HK$0.455 and HK$0.46 per share.
