Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on December 19, a shareholder of CHAODA MODERN (00682) deposited shares into Hong Chi Securities, with a market value of HK$10.05 million, accounting for 16.66% of the holdings.

CHAODA MODERN announced that all conditions under the placement agreement were fulfilled on December 17, 2025, and the completion of the placement was finalized on December 19, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

Under the placement agreement, the company issued and allotted a total of 32.95 million placement shares at HK$0.225 per share to no fewer than six placees, who, along with their ultimate beneficial owners, are independent third parties unaffiliated with the company and its connected persons. The placement shares represent approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital (as enlarged by the allotment and issuance of the placement shares) as of the announcement date.

The net proceeds from the placement, after deducting commissions and related expenses, amounted to approximately HK$7.19 million.
