Beijing Saimo Technology Co., Ltd. (2571) has released an update regarding the proposed H-Share Full Circulation Scheme originally announced on 30 December 2025. Due to changes in participating shareholders, the board approved adjustments on 6 February 2026. Under the revised plan, approximately 52,911,569 domestic non-listed shares are now included for conversion and listing, accounting for about 39.68% of the total issued share capital as of the announcement date.

The company has not yet submitted application documents for its H-Share Full Circulation to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and details of the conversion and listing remain subject to finalization.
