According to his resume, Pan Feng was born in July 1971 and holds a bachelor's degree. He joined Bank of Zhengzhou in July 1993 and has held various positions, including staff member of the head office's general office, deputy director (acting director) of the general office, director of the general office, secretary of the board office, director of the board office, director of the board's risk management office, chairman of Xinmi Zhengyin Rural Bank Co., Ltd. Currently, he serves as the bank's Chief Risk Officer, general manager of the strategic development department of the head office's board, and director of the related transaction management center.
