CH FRONTIER TEC (01661) announced that Mr. Huang Wenqiang has ceased to serve as executive director and is no longer the joint chairman of the board of directors, one of the company's authorized representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as well as chairman of the remuneration committee and nomination committee. Ms. Wang Jie has also ceased to serve as executive director. Ms. Ren Song has been appointed as one of the authorized representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, chairman of the remuneration committee and chairman of the nomination committee, all taking effect from September 19, 2025.
