Somerley Capital Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announced on 27 November 2025 the release of its 2025/26 Interim Report. According to the announcement, this report, prepared in both English and Chinese, is now accessible on the Company’s website (https://www.somerleycapital.com) and on the HKEX news website (https://www.hkexnews.hk).

The Company reminds non-registered shareholders that they may provide an email address via Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited to receive future electronic notifications of corporate communications. If no valid email address is on file, printed notification letters will continue to be sent by post. Meanwhile, shareholders interested in receiving hard copies of corporate communications may submit written requests at any time to the Company’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Union Registrars Limited.

The Company also notes that previous written requests for printed communications expire one year from the date of the original request unless revoked or superseded. Shareholders may therefore need to submit additional requests to continue receiving printed documents after that time.
