Effective 8 March 2026, SUN ART RETAIL GROUP LIMITED (06808) has revised its Board of Directors. The Board now comprises one Executive Director, two Non-executive Directors, and three Independent Non-executive Directors. Julian Juul Wolhardt serves as both Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The two Non-executive Directors are Mengxue Mei and Liu Hao, while the Independent Non-executive Directors include Karen Yifen Chang, Charles Sheung Wai Chan, and Yih Lai Tak (Dieter).

In addition, three committees have been established: the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee. The Audit Committee is chaired by Charles Sheung Wai Chan and joined by Karen Yifen Chang and Yih Lai Tak (Dieter). The Nomination Committee is led by Yih Lai Tak (Dieter), with Liu Hao and Karen Yifen Chang as members. Lastly, the Remuneration Committee is chaired by Karen Yifen Chang and includes further participation from Julian Juul Wolhardt and Charles Sheung Wai Chan.
