Royale Home Holdings Limited announced on 30 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report have been posted on the company website (https://royale.todayir.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are strongly encouraged to access the report online. Those who have previously elected to receive printed materials will receive hard copies enclosed with the notification letter.

Shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or web access can request printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications at no cost. A signed reply form should be returned to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, by post to 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to is-ecom@vistra.com.

The company emphasised that maintaining a functional email address is the shareholder’s responsibility. Without a valid email, shareholders will receive notices of publication and actionable corporate communications in printed form only until an updated address is provided.
