To encourage digital access, CISI FIN recommends stakeholders consult the online versions. Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties with email notifications or website access can obtain printed copies free of charge by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 6058-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders holding CISI FIN shares through intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees—are advised to provide a functional email address to their intermediary to receive electronic notifications of future corporate communications. Until an email address is supplied, only printed notices of publication will be dispatched.
