Cortina Holdings Limited announced that all conditions under its agreement to acquire retail operations in Victoria, Australia have been met, with completion occurring on Jun, 22 2026.

The business is now operated by its subsidiary Cortina (Australia), which has signed a lease at Chadstone Shopping Centre to run the newly acquired store.

The company added that it is in advanced talks with a leading brand principal regarding the management and expansion of the brand’s distribution and boutique network in Australia.

Cortina’s board stated that it accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the disclosed information and advised shareholders to exercise caution when trading the company’s shares.
