The Lishui Supervision Office of the National Financial Regulatory Administration issued approvals on July 15 for multiple rural commercial banks to adjust their registered capital.
Jingning Rural Commercial Bank received approval to increase its registered capital by 4,139,981 yuan, raising it from 103,501,883 yuan to 107,641,864 yuan. Similarly, Yunhe Rural Commercial Bank will add 3,939,412 yuan to its capital base, elevating it from 98,490,157 yuan to 102,429,569 yuan.
Suichang Rural Commercial Bank secured authorization for an 8,606,727 yuan capital injection, boosting its registered capital from 215,167,792 yuan to 223,774,519 yuan. Songyang Rural Commercial Bank obtained approval for an 8,524,214 yuan increase, lifting its capital from 213,106,033 yuan to 221,630,247 yuan.
Qingtian Rural Commercial Bank will expand its capital by 16,808,483 yuan, transitioning from 560,281,864 yuan to 577,090,347 yuan. Finally, Liandu Rural Commercial Bank gained consent for a 16,823,688 yuan capital increase, raising its registered capital from 560,789,599 yuan to 577,613,287 yuan.
