RUNHUA SERVICE (02455) announced that the China Property Management Association has released a notice concerning the results of its 2025 research project evaluations. The group's annual research project, titled "Study on the Development of Hospital Property Waste Management Standards," underwent rigorous review by an expert panel and was successfully approved, receiving a "B" grade result. This achievement marks a significant advancement in the group's specialized research within the hospital property management service sector and contributes "RUNHUA's expertise" to promoting the integration of industry, academia, and research in the property management services industry.

The research project undertaken by the group was based on the practical perspective of hospital property management service enterprises, focusing on the real challenges in medical waste management. Through multi-dimensional research, systematic results were obtained. The research team developed a specialized questionnaire and conducted on-site surveys across dozens of managed hospitals, collecting over 700 valid samples. This process accurately identified key issues such as misclassification of medical waste and non-standardized operations.

Based on the survey data, the research innovatively established a competency model for medical waste management positions, covering four dimensions: knowledge, skills, abilities, and professional ethics. It also proposed a three-dimensional improvement system involving management, operations, and technology. This system aims to achieve standardized control across the entire chain by clarifying responsibility boundaries, optimizing process specifications, and applying information technology.

The research team ultimately produced a draft of the "Hospital Property Waste Management Specification" group standard, one research report, two high-quality academic papers, and one set of Standard Operating Procedure manuals. These outputs were piloted in selected hospitals, where their feasibility and effectiveness were fully validated. The research results formed optimization recommendations centered on refined classification, standardized processes, and intelligent management. These recommendations clarify the responsibility boundaries between hospitals, property management service enterprises, and disposal agencies, and are accompanied by a quantitative performance evaluation system and a tiered training program, forming a replicable PDCA closed-loop management mechanism.

This project fills a gap in the industry by establishing a group standard for medical waste management from the property management service perspective. It provides strong support for the construction of "Zero-Waste Cities" and the sustainable development of the healthcare sector.

As a dedicated player in the hospital property management service field, the group consistently drives service upgrades through specialization, standardization, and intelligent solutions. Its service network covers numerous large general hospitals and specialized medical institutions, forming a comprehensive and mature hospital support service system. This research project not only demonstrates the group's professional expertise in hospital property waste management but also highlights its commitment to leading industry development through standards.

In recent years, the group has actively responded to national policies promoting high-quality development in the service industry and strengthening medical waste management. It has continuously increased research and development investment, promoting the deep integration of property management services with medical support operations. The group has built an "Integrated Non-Diagnostic Services" model, achieved multiple innovations in standardization and informatization, and actively participated in the formulation of industry standards to help enhance the overall level of hospital property management services.

Looking ahead, the group will continue to deepen its research in hospital property management services, promote the application of the project's results, and contribute to the industry's development towards standardization, refinement, and sustainability.
