E-HOUSE ENT (02048) announced that the company is greatly encouraged by the strong support for the restructuring from its offshore debt holders and is pleased to announce that, as of 5:00 p.m. on January 9, 2026 (Hong Kong Time), holders of approximately 69.55% of the outstanding principal amount of the offshore debt have acceded and/or agreed and are taking steps to accede to the restructuring support agreement. These offshore debt holders are bound by the restructuring support agreement as if they were original parties to the agreement as consenting creditors upon the effective signing and submission of their respective accession letters and restricted notes notices. To facilitate the noteholders' review of the restructuring plan and completion of the accession process, the company hereby announces that it has, with immediate effect, extended the deadline for the restructuring support agreement from 4:00 p.m. on January 9, 2026 (London Time) to 4:00 p.m. on January 30, 2026 (London Time).
