As of Feb, 27 2026, the insurer’s issued share capital admitted to trading comprises 2,535,832,202 ordinary shares of GBP 0.05 each. Every ordinary share carries one vote, resulting in 2,535,832,202 total voting rights. The company holds no treasury shares.

The stated figure will be used by shareholders and other market participants as the denominator when determining whether notification of shareholding changes is required under the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
