The board of XUNCE (HKEX: 03317) has announced a new appointment.

A resolution to appoint Ms. He Jinglu as a non-executive director to the company's inaugural board was approved at the annual general meeting.

Consequently, her appointment is effective from the date of the AGM.

Her term will commence on June 26, 2026, and will last until the current board's tenure concludes.

Her continuation in the role beyond that point will be subject to re-election at a shareholders' meeting, in accordance with the company's articles of association.
