Viewpoint: Bitcoin may first fill the $75,000 gap, with this cycle's target seen at $190,000

Analyst NoName posted a roadmap for the current Bitcoin cycle. He stated that a new cycle has begun, and expects Bitcoin to first pull back to $75,000 to fill the fair value gap, then use this as a potential starting point to move upward, ultimately targeting a cycle high of approximately $190,000, with the path not being achieved overnight.

The key price levels the analyst is watching in sequence are: $75,000 as the gap fill and potential starting position, $100,000 as the first important milestone on the upside, $126,000 as the key level of the previous high that needs to be reclaimed, $160,000 as the next major target in the expansion phase, and $190,000 as his expected cycle top.

Analyst: Retail inflows of BTC to Binance hit a 6-month high, while whale inflows decline.

BlockBeats news, October 26 - CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost stated in a post that as Bitcoin's price has remained above $80,000 for several consecutive weeks, there has been a notable divergence in exchange fund flows between retail investors and whales. Retail investors' Bitcoin inflows to Binance have continued to rise, with cumulative inflows over the past 30 days increasing from $5.5 billion to $10.75 billion, nearly doubling and hitting a new 6-month high.

In contrast to retail investors, the amount of Bitcoin whales transferring to Binance has continued to decline. Over the past two months, whale Bitcoin inflows have dropped from $5.9 billion at the end of August to the current $3.8 billion, showing a sustained downward trend with no obvious signs of concentrated transfers yet.

Analysts believe that after a year-long decline, retail investors may view the recent rebound as an opportunity to reduce positions and exit, hoping to use the price recovery to alleviate accumulated holding pressure. By comparison, whales remain relatively cautious and have not shown a willingness to concentrate Bitcoin transfers to exchanges at current price levels. Going forward, attention should be paid to whether whales will change their current strategy if Bitcoin's price continues to rise.

Analysis: $80K–$81K Is the Zone for Adding Long-Term BTC Longs, Target Still $94K

Trader Doctor Profit posted that although some market participants mocked him when Bitcoin previously pulled back from $84,000 to below $80,000, he has for weeks regarded $80,000–$81,000 as the zone for adding to Bitcoin long positions. The current build-up is aimed at the long-term trend, not at chasing a short-term $4,000 gain.

Doctor Profit disclosed that he still holds all of the spot position he established near $60,000, that his next target price remains at $94,000, and that he will continue to add to his long positions if BTC pulls back to around $80,000 again.

'Not the end': Sen. Gillibrand says Democrats still committed to passing Clarity Act

Seven U.S. Democratic Senators — Kirsten Gillibrand, Angela Alsobrooks, Cory Booker, Catherine Cortez Masto, Ruben Gallego, Mark Warner and Raphael Warnock — said they remain committed to passing the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act. "This week was a setback, but not the end of that important work," the senators wrote, noting two years of effort to pass crypto legislation to "expand opportunity, protect consumers, punish bad actors, create regulatory certainty, and include strong, commonsense ethics provisions for elected officials."

The statement followed the bill’s failure to clear a Senate procedural vote on Tuesday; it needed 60 votes but received 49. All seven senators who signed the statement voted no.

JPMorgan said agency rulemaking could establish guardrails to "appease the crypto-ecosystem and instill some confidence into incremental capital flows," though it’s less durable than legislation.

Bitcoin & Ethereum Spot ETF Flow
