China Shengmu Organic Milk Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report, circular and notice of the upcoming annual general meeting have been released along with the 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report.

The full English and Chinese versions are available on both the company’s website (http://www.shengmuorganicmilk.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies of the current corporate communications have been dispatched to registered shareholders according to their prior instructions.
