ACME INTL HLDGS (01870) announced that on November 18, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Emerald Development Limited, entered into a joint development agreement with Gainza Energy Corporation (GEC). Under the agreement, Emerald Development and GEC plan to establish a joint venture or special purpose vehicle (Project Company) to develop a 40 MWh fishery-photovoltaic complementary power station project in Buhi, Camarines Sur, Philippines (the Development Project). Prior to signing the agreement, GEC had already submitted a letter of intent to the Philippine Department of Energy for a solar operating contract related to the Development Project. The Board believes this agreement reflects both parties' commitment to continued cooperation in the green energy sector, aligns with the Group's strategic goal of expanding its renewable energy business in Southeast Asia, and supports its vision of becoming a leading green power producer in the region.
