Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited (CG SERVICES) has announced a special dividend of RMB 0.418 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to a filing dated 27 March 2026. Shareholders will vote on the payout at the annual general meeting scheduled for 29 May 2026.

The dividend will be offered with a cash default and an optional scrip alternative. The conversion price for scrip shares and the Hong Kong dollar equivalent of the cash dividend will be confirmed in a subsequent notice.
