HARMONY AUTO (03836) has announced a board change.

Mr. Lau Kwok Fan has resigned from his positions as an independent non-executive director of the company and as a member of the board's audit committee and remuneration committee due to work arrangements. His resignation will take effect on June 30, 2026.

Mr. Leong Kai Kin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from June 30, 2026.

Following Mr. Lau's resignation, he will cease to be a member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee, effective from the same date, June 30, 2026.

Mr. Leong will be appointed as a member of both the audit committee and the remuneration committee, also effective from June 30, 2026.
