Zylox-Tonbridge repurchases 49,500 H shares, treasury stock rises to 8.80 million

Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (02190) bought back 49,500 H shares on 30 April 2026 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 22.46 to HKD 22.94, with a volume-weighted average of approximately HKD 22.80, bringing the cash outlay to about HKD 1.13 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0148% to 327.56 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 336.35 million. Treasury shares increased from 8.75 million to 8.80 million. All 49,500 repurchased shares are being held as treasury shares; none have been cancelled.

The buy-back forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 30 May 2025, which authorises Zylox-Tonbridge to repurchase up to 31.96 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 5.98 million shares, representing 1.83% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Zylox-Tonbridge is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 30 May 2026.
