Coliwoo Holdings Limited said that stabilising manager Maybank Securities Pte. Ltd. purchased 10.295 million of the company’s shares on Nov, 12 2025 to support the initial public offering of the shares on the Singapore Exchange Mainboard.

The shares were bought within a price range of 0.565 – 0.575 Singapore dollars each, in line with the stabilisation provisions under local market-conduct regulations.
