TIAN TU CAPITAL (01973) has issued an announcement regarding the completion of a previously disclosed transaction. As announced on December 1, 2025, the Group and its equity-accounted associate entered into a share purchase agreement with a buyer. Under this agreement, the Group and its associate agreed to sell approximately 86.96% of the equity interest in Yono China, with the buyer agreeing to acquire the stake for a total consideration of RMB 1.565 billion. The company is pleased to announce that the transaction has now been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the share purchase agreement. Following the completion, TIAN TU CAPITAL no longer holds any equity interest in Yono China. Consequently, Yono China will no longer be classified as an equity-accounted associate measured at fair value within the Group's consolidated financial statements.
