1) A circular dated 3 June 2026 detailing a very substantial disposal and connected transaction. 2) A notice convening a special general meeting (SGM). 3) The related form of proxy.

The documents can be accessed on the company’s website (www.cgrh.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously opted for printed communications will receive hard copies with this mailing. Shareholders preferring printed versions in future must complete and return the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong share registrar, or email 162-ecom@vistra.com.

The company underscores that providing a functional email address is the shareholder’s responsibility. Until an email address is supplied, shareholders will receive printed notices and actionable corporate communications.
