BOCOM International Holdings Company Limited (Stock Code: 03329) has officially priced its proposed offering of subordinated perpetual securities, with the total principal amounts set at RMB 1.1 billion and USD 134 million respectively.

According to the company's announcement dated September 22, 2026, the pricing process has been completed, and the company has already secured subscription commitments from Bank of Communications as well as other institutional investors for the issuance.

The net proceeds from this dual-currency issuance are earmarked to repay existing liabilities or to fund incremental asset deployment, which will support the ongoing business expansion of the group.
