Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SET, SEB) announced the appointment of Ms. Kuan Li Li as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective Jan, 12 2026.

Ms. Kuan brings more than 40 years of experience in finance, banking, asset management, insurance, real estate and telecommunications. Her previous roles include Country Head and Chief Operating Officer of Barclays Bank Singapore and Chief Financial Officer of ABB Singapore. She currently serves on the boards of AIG Asia Pacific Insurance, Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore, Time Dotcom Berhad, Bund Center Investment and Freemont Capital.

Following a transition period, Ms. Kuan will succeed Mrs. Fang Ai Lian as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee when Mrs. Fang retires in FY2026. The board has confirmed Ms. Kuan’s independence in accordance with Rule 704(7) of the SGX Listing Manual and the Code of Corporate Governance.

Effective Jan, 12 2026, the board will comprise Mr. Lim Swe Guan (Chair), Ms. Kuan Li Li, Mrs. Fang Ai Lian, Mr. Christian Bernard Marie Delaire, Mr. Simon Robert Garing, Mr. Jaume Sabater Martos and Mr. Yovav Carmi.

The appointment forms part of the Manager’s ongoing board-renewal strategy and adherence to corporate governance guidelines.
