Yuexiu Property Company Limited issued a notice on 22 May 2026 informing newly registered shareholders of four delivery methods for future corporate communications, in line with Rules 2.07A and 2.07B of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the company’s Articles of Association. Shareholders may:

1. Access documents via the company’s website (Website Version). 2. Receive printed English copies by post. 3. Receive printed Chinese copies by post. 4. Receive both English and Chinese printed copies by post.

The board recommends the Website Version to reduce environmental impact and mailing costs. Shareholders selecting online access can switch to printed copies at any time by notifying the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited.

To confirm their preferred option, shareholders must complete and return the enclosed reply form by 21 June 2026. Failure to respond by that date constitutes consent to the Website Version, after which only notification letters of online publication will be mailed.

Printed copies in both languages remain available on request, and all future corporate communications will also be posted on both the company’s website (www.yuexiuproperty.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).
