Registered shareholders are encouraged to review these materials online. Those who previously opted for physical delivery will receive printed copies enclosed with the notification. Shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or website access can request printed versions of the current and all future corporate communications at no cost by returning the reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com.

The company emphasizes that maintaining a functional email address is the shareholder’s responsibility. Until a valid address is provided, notices of publication and actionable corporate communications will be dispatched only in hard copy.
