Capital Industrial Financial (00730) announced that Beijing Jingxi Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (Jingxi Supply Chain), an indirectly held wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company in the People's Republic of China, has been certified as a High and New Technology Enterprise for the first time.

Recently, Jingxi Supply Chain officially received the High and New Technology Enterprise certification certificate jointly issued by the Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission, the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau, and the Beijing Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Taxation Administration.

The certificate number is GR202511001313, and it is valid for three years.

According to relevant tax regulations for high-tech enterprises in China, Jingxi Supply Chain is eligible for a preferential enterprise income tax rate of 15% for three consecutive years.

The Board of Directors believes that the relatively lower enterprise income tax rate for Jingxi Supply Chain will have a positive impact on the Group's future operating performance.

Furthermore, being recognized as a High and New Technology Enterprise represents a significant milestone in the development of the Group's supply chain management and fintech businesses.
