KPM HOLDING (08027) has issued an announcement regarding its rights issue.

As of 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2026, the deadline for accepting rights shares and paying subscription monies, the company had received a total of six valid applications and acceptances under the provisional allotment letters, covering an aggregate of 192 million rights shares, representing approximately 40.6% of the total number of rights shares available for subscription under the rights issue.

The rights issue will not generate fractional entitlements to rights shares.

Based on the subscription results, 281 million rights shares under the rights issue remained unsubscribed, representing approximately 59.4% of the total number of rights shares available for subscription under the rights issue, and these shares are subject to the compensatory arrangements.
