Geo Energy Resources Limited (RE4) announced the issue and allotment of 750,000 new ordinary shares on Apr, 8 2026, following the exercise of an equal number of options granted under its Share Option Scheme.

The newly issued shares will rank pari passu with existing shares and are expected to be listed on or around Apr, 10 2026, with trading scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. on the same day.

As a result of this allotment, the company’s total issued ordinary share capital has risen from 1,744,475,593 shares to 1,745,225,593 shares, including 184,467 treasury shares.
