SINO GOLF HOLD (00361) announced that Mr. Wang Xianshuo, Mr. Sheng Baojun, Mr. He Guangyu, and Ms. Lin Lin have resigned from their respective director positions. Accordingly, (i) Mr. Wang has resigned as an executive director; and (ii) Mr. Sheng, Mr. He, and Ms. Lin have resigned as independent non-executive directors. The resignations took effect immediately after the announcement's publication on December 24, 2025.
